I got out of bed this morning.
And stretched.
And felt omg hoooorrible pain.
In my shoulder blades.
AAARGH. They huuurt!!!! Sighhh. Too much fun doing freeze poses and 6-step spins for the first time results in this. Lets see... The bruises on my knees got bigger, my elbows are bruised too, the side of my head feels bruised, my arms are practically immobile cuz my shoulderblades are rusty, and I can't lie on my side cuz my hips are bruised too. Sighhh. Can someone please rub hot cream on my shoulders please? :( No one at home wants to help me.
I can't wait till the pain is gone so I can continue to practice and get better at it! Its just like badminton... After playing with Jason I got horrible muscle pains but once they got better I went to play with my girls, they didn't hurt anymore the next day.
Anyways..... shall continue doing my assignments nowwww~
